100% genuine: Every product we sell is a genuine OEM (manufacturer-branded) item. We do not sell compatible, remanufactured, or refilled alternatives.
Compatibility guidance: Compatibility information is provided as guidance only. You are responsible for confirming that a product matches your exact printer make and model before ordering.

4. Pricing & Availability

We offer free shipping within the United States, with same-day dispatch on orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on business days. Delivery timeframes, carriers, and any restrictions are described in detail in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Genuine OEM products carry the warranty provided by their original manufacturer.

Because every cartridge we sell is a genuine OEM product made by your printer's own manufacturer, using our products does not affect your printer's manufacturer warranty in any way. If you experience an issue you believe is caused by one of our products, please contact us so we can help.
