Brother DR420 Drum Unit

The Brother DR420 drum unit is the genuine Brother imaging drum for Brother's HL-2200 series printers, DCP-7060D / 7065DN, MFC-7360N / 7860DW and IntelliFax-2840 / 2940. It transfers the toner onto every page and lasts far longer than a toner cartridge — about 12,000 pages.

Key features

• Drum life up to 12,000 pages (Brother rating)
• Works with toner: Brother TN450 (also TN420) — toner sold separately

• After installing, reset the drum counter from the printer menu (see your printer guide)
• Recyclable free of charge through the Brother cartridge recycling program

Drum life

Brother rates the DR420 at approximately 12,000 pages. Actual drum life depends on job size, paper type and environment — many short one- or two-page jobs wear the drum faster than long continuous runs.
